These Terms and Conditions govern use of BookTR and reservations supplied or arranged by OFB SEYAHAT TURİZM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
1. Reservations
A reservation is subject to availability and becomes confirmed only when the booking status is confirmed by BookTR and any required payment or payment arrangement has been completed.
2. Prices
Displayed prices are based on the information available at the time of booking. Where a service is marked Price on Request, no binding price is created until BookTR sends or confirms a quotation.
3. Customer Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate names, contact details, passenger counts, travel dates, pickup information, flight information and any other details required for the booked service.
4. Service Changes
Operational details may change where reasonably necessary due to traffic, weather, safety, supplier availability, public-authority decisions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. BookTR will use reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent solution where appropriate.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are described on the applicable product/booking information and in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Supplier-specific conditions may also apply where clearly disclosed before purchase.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. BookTR is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by the customer or by events outside reasonable operational control, subject always to mandatory consumer law.
